2. He only wins through cheating and sabotarge.
3. He dresses like a COMPLETE tool.
4. He has one of the MOST grating voices EVER recorded.
5. He is trailer trash and not in a good way either.
6. He framed an innocent girl for something she didn't do and laughed about it.
7. He hates people with disabilities (what he did to Mike is proof of this).
8. He's annoying and whiny.
9. He is a pathetic excuse for an antagonist.
10. Outside of being an asshole he has little characterization.
11. He backstabs everyone, even those who were actually nice to him.
12. He works against his own plans; he cheated AND tried to throw a challenge at the same time despite this being counter productive.
13. He is stupid enough to not return a sharks tooth when the shark asks for it; if he had he might not have ended up as bad as he did.
14. He has the NERVE to try and ally with those he screwed over and hurt while treating what he did as 'no big deal'.
15. He makes *seriously* lame threats.
16. He feels zero remorse for anything.
17. He is an expy of russel Hantz.
18. He looks slightly like Duncan and Duncan is an awful character as well.
19. He's pretty idiotic.
20. He picks on those who cannot stand up to him.
21. He is extremely arrogant.
22. He is a coward.
23. He actually LIKES the smell of a disgusting swamp.
24. His edgic rating would probably be OTTNN.
25. He is the most hatable character since Porky Minch and Jasper Batt Jr.

But, at least Scott isn't as bad as Kasimar.
Regardless of motives and triggers, Scott is a dick and that much is undenyable.
